We,(Ocean Network Express (Thailand) Ltd.), would like to inform that effective from August 1, 2026. Onwards, the company will introduce a new format for the Arrival Notice provided to our customers.

Additionally, to further enhance service efficiency and convenience, we would like to announce a change in our service format that will discontinue sending Vessel Arrival Notifications via email. Instead, our customers are highly encouraged to check and track cargo status directly through the ONE Thailand (Cargo Tracking) ONE Thailand, available from August 1, 2026 onwards.
