We are pleased to inform you that for the following commodities, customers are able to submit the required documents through our E-Service platform. Please follow the steps outlined below to submit your documents to ONE:

1. Going to ONE's website: https://th.one-line.com/standard-page/e-service
2. Select Thailand > E Service > Export > Document request to submit
3. You can find more details and click on the options for Final DG, SOC, Flexi, Battery Non-DG, Carbon Non-DG, Hanging, Vehicle Non-DG, and High-value Cargo

Submitting all required supporting documents will help facilitate a smooth and efficient booking process.
