Change of Terminal Handling Charge Rules in Dubai (DP World) (Wef. 1st Nov 2023)
As follow up to the first announcement by the Dubai Government and the DMA, Dubai Maritime
Authority, which we have shared with you in June 2023, we would like to inform you that effective 1st
November 2023, all THCs, shifting charges and Truck Loading Unloading at the Port of Jebel Ali,
UAE shall be invoiced directly to all customers by the Terminal Operator DP World and the affiliated
Dubai Trade and no longer by the Carrier.
Authority, which we have shared with you in June 2023, we would like to inform you that effective 1st
