Recent developments in the region including the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz have had a substantial impact on fuel availability and distribution worldwide. Many refineries are also operating at reduced capacity, limiting export volumes and causing substantial disruptions in global fuel supply chains.

To safeguard cargo integrity and maintain the stability of our network, Ocean Network Express (ONE) will implement an Inland Fuel Charge (IFL / IFD) for Carrier Haulage transport in Thailand.
