Starting from January 1st, 2024, maritime transportation industry has been included in the scope of European Union Emission Trading System (hereinafter referred to as “EU ETS”). In relation to the announcement made on December 1st, 2023, ONE has reviewed and updated the EU ETS tariff every quarterly.

In order to continuously provide a reliable service, ONE will implement the Empty Reposition to all LCL
container status at Laem Chabang for inbound shipments. The new level will be applicable from
Country across all trade lanes and services and will be valid until further.

In view of continuous strong demand for East Asia countries with serious shortage equipment. We need to arrange empty containers to Thailand in order to cope with high export demand. Therefore, ONE will reactivate Container Management Fee (CML) applicable under East Asia Trade for all cargo export from Thailand with effect from 1st August, 2024 until further notice.
