In order to continuously provide reliable service and best prevention efforts, ONE will implement a surcharge, Compensation for Breach of Agreement (CBA), for all shipments being misstated. The new level will be applicable across all trade lanes and services and will be valid until further notice.

- WEF 1st January 2023 onwards, our Company will abolish Cash collection for Demurrage charges and Electricity charges at all Terminals and it will be replaced by e-Payment method only.

New surcharge will be implemented to any payer code/information changes pertaining
to all invoices issue by Export Customer Service effective from 01 Aug 2022.

Basic demurrage and detention free time tariff change from working day to calendar
day (inbound to Thailand) effective from 01 Jul 2022.

All cancelled/postponed booking, and volume reduction are required to revert to CS
within 17.00 hour of its cut-off date. No change in quantum and cut-off date.

ONE revise the basic free time tariff for inbound shipment from working days to be
calendar days.

ONE (Thailand) is going to implement a new surcharge called CBS (Change of Booking
Status), w.e.f. May 01, 2022.

Because BL amendment for import and late BL pick up had just been completed filing with FMC, an effective date to FMC regulated countries/trades will be push back to Apr 06 i/o Apr 01 as per original customer advisory. Please see revised surcharge update as the attachment.
